      • Also the thick high waist band, and the slim A-line. The no-bustle part is what makes it Edwardian. The commissioner should think about a Edwardian type pendant, that can cover the high neck. If you look at the Avonlea series closely (set 1905-ish), all women have this, and the girls don’t. They are a specific style of pendant.

        So if she wants hers to be a girl, leave the hair long, bind the bangs back, minus pendant. If she wants her to be 18+, her hair has to be whipped up in an elaborate bun, and add a pendant.
